Sony HDR-CX500 HD Camcorder Shipped
Still remember the Sony HDR-CX500 HD camcorder that we mentioned back in July? Sony Electronics has started to sell this video recorder for about $1,100 each. The HDR-CX500 is capable of 1920×1080 HD video recording with a 12X optical zoom, and a 150X digital zoom. Other features include a 3.0-inch wide touch panel Clear Photo Plus LCD, a built-in GPS receiver with geo-tagging, a face detection technology, a smile shutter and an Optical Steadyshot to ensure quality image stabilization while in Active Mode.
